Exclusive is the state of being with one person, and only one person, without labeling yourselves as boyfriend and girlfriend. In other words, being exclusive can be defined as when two people agree to not pursue any other partners. See Monogamy.
Example Sentence: We decided to finally become exclusive after a couple of months. I was worried he was seeing other people but I feel so much better now.
