TallFishing is when you’re lying about your height on your dating profile. This is not just limited to liberally rounding up your height. For example, saying you’re 6ft when you’re actually 5’8 at most. It can also include posting photos where you’re posing at an angle that makes you look taller or not posting any full body photos at all.
Example Use: “Can you believe he was still trying to convince me he’s 6ft when we met? I’m 5’7 and we’re the same height. Worst case of tallfishing!”
