Otter is a term used in the gay community for a young or young looking hairy man with a slim or athletic build, as opposed to a Bear with a larger build. Refer to Bear in Bestdating.info if slightly confused at this. 

Example Use: His Mind: That Otter over there keeps eyeing me. I mean he is really not my type, I am more into bigger men, he just seems too scrawny. Its as if I was to be with myself, eww no. Okay maybe I am being a little too harsh he is quiet cute in his slim athletic body. Oh fuck he’s coming over here shit shit! What do I say? Hi nice to meet you semi cute Otter! Oh whatever I will just let him lead this whatever!
