MMF stands for Male, Male, Female. Normally in reference to the participants in a sexual encounter but can refer to any polyamorous relationship. Also see Devils Threesome.
Example Sentence: I got off with a girl at a bar last night and then her boyfriend turned up….turns out he was ok with it and we went back to theirs for a MMF.
