Left on Ignored is when a person has not opened up your message to read it. It is possible they read it on their notification panel on their phone, but never opened it. It is basically non combative way of saying, “you are not even worth my time to open the message and leave you on read, so I will just ignore your message for now.” Also its possible the person has just not seen your message notification since they may be inundated by so many DM slides.
Example Use: Friend 1 – “Do you think he is just busy at work and has not seen my message? It has been like 3 hours since I texted him, am I overthinking it?”
Friend 2 – “Nah he Left you On Ignored pretty sure.”
