Isodating

Isodating (a term coined by CLiKD App) means you’re dating while in lockdown/self isolating. Normally, this is via a video chat apps like Zoom, Google Meets or FaceTime. People who are partaking in isodating are doing so because they want to meet new people, but also they also want to do so safely. They know that video dates are the safest option in a pandemic when you’re advised to be social distancing.

Example Use: “He wants to meet in person in the middle of a pandemic? Tell him no, it’s isodating or nothing, safety first!”
